Breaded Pork Chops

Breaded Pork Chops

Preheat Oven to 425°
Line baking pan (I use a jelly roll pan) with non-stick foil. 

Dip pork chops in egg and then in seasoned herb stuffing that has been run through a food processor (add additional pepper and other spices if you want or you can use any bread crumbs and season as desired ).  Place on pan and bake for about 15 minutes and then flip over and bake until golden brown and done.
