Some of my recipes call for Self-Rising Flour. Self-Rising Flour is not cake flour... it is All Purpose Flour that contains baking powder and salt. Southerners use self-rising flour a lot. If you only use it now and again or it is not available in your area stores you can use this formula.
Add 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt for every cup of All-Purpose Flour substituted in the recipe.
