Fudge

It isn't hard to make good fudge. I have not come across a bad recipe for fudge yet. Good chocolate is essential for good fudge. Don't use the imitation chocolate chips and use real vanilla extract.

This fudge was made with Nestle/Carnation Milk recipe. The only things I did differently is when it says "Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted" I get out my portable hand mixer and mix on high for a few minutes (I look for a change in color, which is hard for me to explain) and I used Hershey Dark Chocolate. It happened to be on sale and is a good chocolate.
